The EDGE race has been run for this year.

The race schedule for 2010 will be posted soon after the first of the year.

 
Come on out and enjoy the fall weather, and our last race of the 2009 season! The Edge Sprint Adventure Race is a great race for those new to the sport, as well as for those seasoned athletes looking for a challenge. We’ll give you 6 hours to complete the course.
 


Approximate distances......
 5 miles of running, trekking and orienteering;
10 miles of mountain biking;
5 miles of flat water canoe paddling plus fun team challenges.


Grab some friends and come on out for a great, fun challenge!

This is a spectator friendly race!!

 
 

Racing teams can get involved in helping defray their race costs and
raise money for The American Cancer Society all at the same time!

For each $100 the racer raises, $10 will be subtracted from
their registration fee!

You could race for free!
All proceeds and pledge money will go to the The American Cancer Society

Racing for this great cause is both rewarding for participants, volunteers, spectators, and sponsors.

 Race Registration fee: $70 per person for those that register by October 10
$75 per person after that date as space permits
No walk in registrations permitted
Price includes: ultra wicking T-shirt; canoe, paddle, PFD rental; goodie bag; post race food; maps; passport ;

PRIZES
Various prizes will be awarded at the race, with the top prize going to those teams in the 3 person co-ed gender divisions.
All race participants will receive: wicking race shirt, and goodie bag
